Long-Term Care
Providing Our Long-term Residents With Enhanced Well-being And Quality Of Life
For patients requiring an extended placement, we honor the opportunity to help residents and families create a home for their loved one within our community. Our restorative team works closely with the rehabilitation department to design individual programs for walking, strengthening, range of motion, pain management, and group exercises. Our long-term care program offers specialized nursing care, diverse recreational activities, and supportive social services catered to the resident’s individual needs. In addition, our physicians will oversee your loved one’s medical care along with our interdisciplinary team of licensed professionals.

We offer clinically advanced medically supervised long-term care for those who are unable to live alone. Typically, people in need of this type of service require long-term, 24-hour care by a team of skilled clinicians including nurses, physical therapists, and occupational therapists. The most common needs of residents at skilled nursing centers include daily medical management and assistance with daily living.

Our six-point wellness program helps residents age successfully through active engagement of the mind and body.
We encourage the family to become involved with us in creating a living space that has familiar items from home. We are here to help you feel comfortable while you are with us. For some residents, we are able to restore them to a level of function which enables them to return home. For those who cannot return to their home, we are honored and committed to providing a warm, caring environment.
